In August of 2011 we found out that our son, Jayce, is gluten intolerant. This is a bit of a challenge considering he is so young, 15 months old at the time of the diagnosis. Ever since the diagnosis I have been compiling a list of websites and blogs that have helpful information on gluten intolerance / celiac disease that I can refer to when I need to. A lot of these resources were sent to me from two very generous ladies who reached out to me when we first got the news about Jayce. It helped me so much and I wanted to have it available on my blog so that it may possibly help others too.
